Production

In 1970, the first vinegar bottling machines were introduced, production peaked and the business was thus able to expand around Greece and reach new customers beyond the borders of Messinia. Therefore, tank-trucks were used to transport the product from one end of Greece to the other.

In 1992, the company had already won total respect and acceptance by the trade sector in Greece and, seeing as its production needs kept increasing, all machinery was changed and upgraded. A state-of-the-art production unit was created and the first contacts with overseas customers – mainly from Italy and Germany – begun.

In 2009, the new, state-of-the-art facilities of the company is able to produce and average of 60,000 litres per day, while the maximum daily production exceeds the amount of 100,000 litres.

One of the first Vinegar-making businesses in Greece.
